Here's the dirt

The beginning of Kocurek Land Improvement, Inc is almost older than dirt.  Founder Tom Kocurek started moving dirt for their farm in 1976.  What started out as a farm chore quickly bloomed into more services and customers.  As a visionary in his field, Tom has led many land owners through projects beyond their own imaginations.  In 2007 Tom, Susie and their son Steven established Kocurek Land Improvement, Inc.  In 2017 Steven and his wife Amanda, purchased the company and run it today.  

Working together for years, Steven has had the opportunity to work side by side with his Dad and learn from his experiences.  Tom's wisdom and experience is carried out in each of our projects as we move into the future with our growing team. 

Over the past 5 years, Steven has worked to expand KLI's services into commercial construction.  We have been a part of numerous schools, universities, developments and projects throughout the Coastal Bend.  

KLI has an outstanding team of superintendents and operators working together each day.
